Lavinia Blackwall has shared her new single, 'We All Get Lost'. It’s a cinematic, widescreen track that takes influence from psych-pop, baroque-pop, folk and rock. Compositionally, it’s carefully constructed and beautifully produced, with each and every instrument fulfilling a very specific role necessary to support her distinctively haunting voice. The track “was written during a time when I was still a teacher and was finding the job particularly stressful. I was looking for a way out before I broke. We all get lost sometimes whilst trying to find our way in life and this was an important detour that taught me a lot.” Lavia Blackwall’s new album, The Making, is due out on May 30th, 2025, via The Barne Society. -Dan Peeke
